THINKING FOREST ENTERTAINMENT  is an independent film production company. It was founded by Abhishek Rout in the year 2021.  After many years practicing filmmaking, it was time.  The whole idea is very simple. We make films.  We are producing independently as of now keeping the big googly eyes on some hearty investors and fellow film fanatics.

"Luma " is the first feature film written and directed by Abhishek Rout. It was under post production due to many unwanted challenges and now it is finally completed with a final cut version released under Thinking forest entertainment banner.

 

Thinking Forest Entertainment produced ""THE TWO"" a short film in 2021. It is about a deluded and self indulged cook conversing with his partner.  It was directed by Abhishek Rout and produced by Rachna Sud.

"The Two" was selected and nominated at Lesley University Independent Film Festival, USA. It was also nominated at First Time Filmmaker Sessions.

​

In the same year ''HISTORY OF LIFE BY THE ARGOYLES'' was made. The film was selected and nominated at many film festivals such as, Fillum International Storical & Short Film Festival, Lesley University Independent Film Festival, USA, First Time Filmmaker Sessions, The Liftoff Sessions and more.

In 2022 "THE SIMPERING NIGHT" was produced and directed by Abhishek Rout. It is in the festival circuit. 

​

In 2024 " A GOLD RIDE " short film was created.  A new short film "A NOTE FROM FREEWALKER" is under post production and set to be released.  We also made a concept short film" SHIFTER OF MAHIRA" .
